What is the width of this spacer? Will it fit on an old school 9early 80's) BMX fork? I am looking to bring the front wheel about 1/8 inch down when secured in the front fork dropouts so that the 20 x 2.25 Comp 3 tire does not hit the top of the fork (the bottom of the steer tube). Just wanting to make sure that the width of these spacers will fit in the fork dropouts.

These are designed to pull a wheel back 5mm in rear sliding dropouts and the width should be similar to the width of a rear dropout. I can't comment or guarantee how they will work in your fork.
