The chainline of your drivetrain is determined by the crankset and not the bottom bracket with this style of bottom bracket.
If you have cranks with a 24mm spindle that are designed to work with a 100mm bottom bracket shell and a 190mm hub, then this bottom bracket will work.

The Surly OD Enduro Bottom Bracket will fit all generations of Surly Pugsley bikes. Surly has used a bunch of different cranks over the years so you will want to make sure yours has a 24mm spindle like the Surly branded cranks and not something like a SRAM GXP crank which has a 22-24mm tapered spindle.
