If the Catrike has a rear quick release hub with spacing from 120-145mm wide, you should be able to mount the Surly trailer yoke to use a Bill or Ted trailer.

Surly does not currently support Fat Bikes with their Yoke. This skewer fits bikes with hubs from 120-145mm
