Pursuit Four Socks

The Pursuit sock is the result of what happened when Swiftwick set out to make a merino wool blend sock that meets or exceeds the level of performance fit and feel that their synthetic socks are known for. The body of the Pursuit sock starts with 200 needle USA sourced super fine 36 micron merino wool, and industry first for a wool performance sock. This super fine merino wool provides the Pursuit sock with natural moisture wicking, antibacterial/antiodor properties and itch free comfort.

The foot bed of the Pursuit uses a terry loop for added cushioning to eliminate hotspots even after miles of pedaling. Swiftwick's Y-heel contour helps the Pursuit sock move more naturally with the foot. For arch support the mid-foot of the Pursuit features AirSpun wool band. The Pursuit upper uses air channels to move air over the foot to further increase cooling and help pull even more moisture away from the foot.

There are 2 keys to prevent chaffing, minimal seams and a way to keep the socks from bunching. Swiftwick uses their seamless linked toe box to remove the seam from the toe box a critical pressure point and by removing this seam also removes a common failure point. To keep the socks from bunching Swiftwick uses their double welt cuff which has a high spandex content to keep them up and in-place.
