Most likely if the Cannondale M300 came with cantilever brakes.
You will also need to change the brake levers to a long pull lever to be compatible with these brakes.

switched over from discs on a cross bike. took some modification to the front due to the fork. easy to adjust, stop hard, I use road levers w/interupters and the work great. great brakes for the price.
