Front Cable Hanger with Adjusting Barrel 1" Threadless

I bought this because I replaced my quill stem that had the cable stop built in. My quill stem is 1” or 25.4 mm in diameter. It did not fit it that well. Kind of egg shaped when tightened. It’s tight enough that it’s working, but not like I want it to.
