eba...@48...4.comProbably the best value levers for those wanting a brand new set. Comfortable, ez to setup, appear durable. Nicely finished too.

acurnuttGreat single speed / fixie brakes. Typical single speed brake hoods have a narrow tip but these resemble standard geared bike brake hoods. I split my time evenly between my single speed and race rig so I like the fact that the hoods are similar in feel.
I was impressed that the levers are so solid given their low price, kudos to Tree Fort Bikes. If you're in the market for brakes, give these a shot; 10 out of 10 would do it again.

tcreytsThese are a great set of levers. The hoods are larger than the Tektro R200's, and the ergo bends make grabbing the brake levers in the drops easy. These are the third pair of Tektros that I've set up, and I've never had a problem with the bolt in the levers.
Overall an excellent value and a great product.
Seven thumbs up!

A GuestGreat product great price, they have a really clean look and they are very comfortable. I put them on my dad's bike and he said they even took away some of the road shock.

anonymousReliable and good fit. Using with Rohloff, Alfine, and Single Speed.
Prefer these hoods over the Mtn pull version.

A GuestFantastic! A little big for my small hands but not bad.

kopsisThese replaced the embarrassingly uncomfortable levers on my Motobecane Fantom Cross UNO. Riding the hoods on the old levers would cause major hand pain after a couple miles. With these Tektro levers, I can ride the hoods for 20 miles and my hands feel as good when I get off the bike as when I started. The quick release feature to aid disconnecting my cantilevers is a really nice bonus, but I'd buy these levers again just for the comfort alone.

fotooutdoorsI put these on my do-everything touring bike 2 years ago, and am glad I made the swap from the previous narrow brake levers. I also have the long-pull version on my drop-bar mountain bikes. These just work and are more comfortable for riding on the hoods, something that first-generation aero brake levers really didn't account for.
The biggest issue is the mounting clamp. It is difficult to get to the tightening screw (though thankfully it has an allen head), and so you need a long wrench and really need to snug these up; I have had these levers migrate down the bar when I hit a hole on two occasions. Not a safety issue, but less comfortable until I can get home to readjust them. The mounting is definitely not as nice as the 105 levers on my wife's cross bike, but these are about 1/10th the cost.

jtt220THese are great quality levers. They fit and feel like the much more expensive Campy Ergo, but at a fraction of the cost. I run them on both my bikes now!!
The quick release mechanism in the coolest on these. All you have to is slide the little shaft just above the pivot point over, and wham-o; instant clearance to yank your wheel off. Great idea!!

A GuestReplaced an older pair of Campy aero levers - I like the feel and action on the Tecktro levers much better than the Campys.

A GuestInstalled on a old steel frame as a replacement for some worn out 1980s levers. Feel and work much better than you'd think for the price.

EssthreeteeI like the wide hoods and the shape of the levers. In fact, I like them so much I ordered a second set for a different bike.
