The Thomson Dropper seatpost brings legendary Thomson quality into a mechanical height-adjustable seatpost. Using a side mount cable actuated mechanism, Thomson kept all the critical dimensions of the Elite cradle, bolt, and clamp assembly, so saddle installation and adjustment stays exactly the same. Actuation is done by cam, so you get smooth, variable speed and height adjustments without complicated hydraulics.

Installation was easy and it looks like Thomson. Just clean and beautiful. Yes it's expensive however you get what you pay for and this is no exception.
