If the fat bike has a standard top tube it should fit on the rack, but you will not be able to carry any additional bikes as the rack has a max weight capacity of 70lbs and some cars are capable of less weight than that so you will want to check with the Thule fit guide to see if there are any specific fit notes for your car.
