I HAD one of these and my friend HAD 2 of these they were great at first easy to install and holds 2 bikes i put my much lighter road bike on top and my mountain bike on bottom same with my friend. We installed them correctly trust me and the stands fell on 2 occasions. My road bike got a large scratch on the top tube and messed up the shifting some how my friend was lucky the stand with his more expensive bikes fell but got caught on the other stand so they didn't fall to the ground. If you love your bikes i recommend a sturdier stand.

Upon first getting the Dualtouch stand I tried to baby it into place (fearing that I'd damage my dry wall ceiling) and the stand fell. This was totally user error, because upon properly installing the Dualtouch its held in place for two years without an issue.
The stand looks great, doesn't mare the walls and keeps my house a bit tidier. It really is a great storage option as long as you install it correctly.
