It will not this kit is designed for the Twin Head pumps with separate holes for Schrader and Presta valves.
The Peakini uses the same hole for both valves.

Purchased to improve a leaking seal on the presta stem side of the head. Restored Joe Blow II to like new. I called Tree Fort and the guys were really helpful. Part shipped the same day. Really great service.
