Velo Orange offers the 23.8mm City Levers to pair with their Porteur Handlebar which has an oversized clamp diameter. These levers will also work with some older French city bars that also use the 23.8mm grip area.
These levers will not work on standard 22.2mm clamp area flatbars.

looks just like the picture, brakes work fine.
I bought the 23.8 and mounted them on Nitto bars, but the bolt that secures the brakes to the band was too short [20mm]. It was easier to buy 25 mm bolts at the hardware store than return them, but maybe Tree Fort could advise Velo Orange of this problem.
