Cinelli made stems with 22.2mm, 25.4, and 26.0mm, if your stem has a 25.4mm clamp it should work.

Yes the brake levers would fit, but ergonomically it might be weird. Commonly these bars are set up with bar end mounted brake levers or Velo Orange does make a set of more traditional looking levers that will also work great.They can be found by searching for part number 333222381848 in our search box.

I installed these on a bike with Velo Orange hammered aluminum fenders. Together, they gave the bike a "constructeur" touch.
These work nicely for city riding, or for other short rides (three hours or less). One thing I particularly like is that the swept-back grip area is long, but you can also ride the flat part on the front of the bar if you're trying to cheat the wind. They seem to be well-made: I didn't notice any flex or hear any creaking. And, like other VO products, they're reasonably priced.
