The WTB Horizon road plus tire rolls quickly on the road, while offering enough traction and volume for hard packed gravel roads and mixed material surfaces. WTB Horizon''s 650b x 47mm road plus size gives them roughly the same outer diameter as a 700x28-30c tire but with a lot more volume for comfort. Horizon tires will also work as a city tire on your 650b/27.5" mountain bike.

The Enve M525 rims are designed to work with 27.5x2.1-2.4" tires which equates to a 650x52-60mm which may be a little too wide for a 47mm tire.
In general road tubeless tires do have a tighter fit than a mountain tubeless tire because of the higher pressures they are capable of running. Road tubeless tires should not be installed using tire levers which can stretch the bead of the tire causing potential damage to the tire, rim and possible injury to yourself or others.
When in doubt you should bring the tires and wheels to a qualified dealer (including us) for installation.
