No 9 Carbon Fat Fork

The Whisky No 9 carbon fork is now available for your fatbike. The Whisky No 9 Fat Fork is made to be a direct fit for fatbikes that came originally equipped with a Rock Shox Bluto fork with a 100mm of travel. If your fatbike came with a rigid fork the No 9 uses a tapered steerer tube and a 15x150mm front hub. Pack on a little Winter weight? No worries there isn't a weight limit on the Whisky No 9 Carbon Fat Bike Fork.

The No 9 carbon fatbike fork will clear a 5.25" fatbike tire and has 147mm of clearance between the fork legs. When selecting your tire and rim combination you will want give yourself some room and not run a tire/rim combination that is say 146mm wide. Surly has a guide to their tire width, which should be a general guide for other tire brands and that can be found here. 

If you have an older Salsa fatbike and are looking to upgrade it to a lighter carbon fork Salsa did produce a fit guide here for their older models, most current Salsa fatbikes will be a direct fit.

The No 9 Fat Carbon Fork has a post mount disc tab with front brake spacing and a rotor of 160-185mm in diameter. Included with the No 9 Fat Fork is a DT RWS thru-axle.
