I'm on my third season with mine. The pin that holds the top and bottom together can fall out but is easily replaced (as long as you don't lose the pin). The degreaser melts away the crud. The chain cleaner assembly also conveniently fits onto the Finish Line degreaser can. Remove the micro hose from the chain cleaner to aim the degreaser exactly where you want it on derailleurs, gears, etc. Chain cleaning is always a little messy so be sure to have newspapers or something on the ground for any spill or spray.
