Single Speed Aluminum Cog

Wolf Tooth brings the same USA made craftsmanship that they put into each of their DropStop chainrings to the single speed cog market. Wolf Tooth's Alloy Single Speed Cog''s are made from 7075 T-6 aluminum and finished in a wide variety of colors. 

Some of the cheaper imported cogs have a straight profile that can dig into the alloy or titanium freehub bodies found on higher end hubs, Wolf Tooth Single Speed Cogs have a wide 4.5mm base to prevent that from happening. Wolf Tooth Single Speed Cogs will work on all Shimano HG splined freehub bodies, with multi speed freehubs you will have to add a single speed spacer kit and lockring. Wolf Tooth Single Speed Cogs will work with 3/32", 9-speed, 10-speed and 11-speed chains. If you need to use a pulley style chain tensioner 10 or 11-speed chains will work the best.
