onefastguyI love jagwire stuff. Make sure you have very sharp cable cutters - don't skimp w/ $5 hardware store specials. Only other gripe is the new brake cable fittings - they are tapered and don't fit my frames as well as the old straight style. This is annoying because the cables move around a little bit, causing the pull to be a little longer than it should be and the fit isn't as flush.

A GuestThese were a great deal from Tree Fort! Set is complete and easy to work with if you have a good quality cable cutter. Versus the Gore cables, there is no annoying coating that rubs off inside the cable after a month or two and gums up the shifting. So far, excellent.

693cincyReplaced 2 year old OEM Shimano Ultegra cables on Trek Madone. The braking is vastly improved in both feel and responsiveness. The shifting is precise. Definitely worth the money and time to install.
* Make sure you use cable cutters not just a pair of diagonal cutters. *

bryanwescoeUsed this on my road bike and my commuter. Great quality kit. Potentially not enough housing for the derailleur if you are using barcons and want to run the housing completely up the bar under the bartape. YMMV depending on size of the bars and position of cable stops on your frame.

SilntScpeEnd cap crimps for use on clipped end of brake cables are bright yellow. Otherwise, great product.

brandonc204This package comes with all of the necessary parts/cables to redo your entire shifting system. It comes with straightforward instruction and advice that even a first-timer could understand. All you need is a good set of wire/cable cutter, a bit of patience, and a general understanding of how a bicycle drivetrain works.
Quality stuff.
