It depends on how the derailleur mounts to the frame. If the bike has a derailleur hanger that the derailleur bolts to this is the version you would need.
If the bike uses a derailleur that fits into the axle drop out you will want to use this version:

It depends on the mounting type, whether it bolts on like this one, or whether it has the attachment that fits over the axle. You may also need another chain depending on pulley size.

Good deraileur, dependable and it works well for my kids bike and is tough as nails. Hopefully I won't need to get another one for awhile.

Exact factory match! I love Tree Fort Bikes! I had ordered what I thought was the correct part from Wal-Mart, but of course it was not! Plus the service at Wal-Mart is the worst I have ever experienced. The pictures on the web site make it very easy to compare your part to the replacement part to ensure it is correct.
